How Do I Place An Order?

 

Follow these steps to place an order-

  • Browse through our wide collection of smart watches available on our website and app, select the watch that catches your attention the most. Choose the colour and type of wristband that you think would suit you the most.

  • After you’re done, you can either select “BUY NOW” and proceed to the payments page or you can select “ADD TO CART” and continue shopping for more products.

  • If you have added to the cart then click on the shopping cart icon and select “CHECKOUT”

  • From there you will be directed to the payments page where you need to confirm your shipping address, select the desired mode of payment, and, confirm your order by clicking “PLACE ORDER”

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Within a span of 5 to 8 minutes we will send you a confirmation message on your registered mobile number after you are done placing your order. 
If, for some unforeseen circumstances, our courier partners fail to deliver your prepaid order then they will return it back to us and we will initiate a refund to your Akhilah account which will reflect within 48 hours of initiation. For tracking orders, select “ORDERS” on the top left corner of our website and app and then select “TRACK” to see the status of your order. We also provide an email/SMS with a link to track the order. We provide free shipping on orders across India and charge Rs 75 ($1) for international orders. Delivery time may vary due to certain factors such as the shipping address, public holidays, climatic conditions etc. Orders once dispatched are generally delivered within 1-4 days for metropolitan cities within India and 4-7 days for other parts of India. For international delivery it may take about 14-16 business days.

 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

It has often happened that a prepaid order has neither been delivered nor the amount refunded. Dubious shopping sites are always engaged in such malpractices and we understand that you might be skeptical about making purchases online fearing that your hard-earned money might get scammed. To ease your mind, we have made payments 100% secure and have Cash-on-delivery (COD) facility too. Apart from that we accept Wallets (PayPal, Googlepay, Phonepe etc.), Net banking, credit/debit cards. 

Returns & Refunds

 

In case you want to return a product, go to the “ORDERS” page and then click on the “return” button next to the product. Fill in the blank box about why you want to return the product. Our courier partner will collect the product from you within 2 days from your address. The amount that you paid for the product will be refunded to your respective bank account within 48 hours.
Return and Refund Policy
Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the product is damaged then you are required to contact the Customer Support team and submit an image of your damaged product along with an application for return at cs@akhilah.com .  Once confirmed by the customer support team, the refund will be initiated to your bank account. Gifts/ Vouchers won’t be refunded.
